The Pleasure Craft Operator Card is the first step in your boating education. The PCOC is the suggested prerequisite for a majority of our other courses.
What is covered in the Pleasure Craft Operator Card course?
The course covers a full range of basic boating information such as:

All boats with engines
Regardless of boat length or engine horsepower, all motorized boat operators in Canada are required by law to have a boating license (PCOC).
